Who runs this website

The Craiova ApartHotel website presents apartments for rent in Craiova. Bookings are made on Booking.com, not on this site. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 0753 693 820 (see also the contact page).

What data we process

The site has no accounts, contact forms or payments and does not keep personal data in a database of its own. Data that may reach us or our providers:

• Visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights): pages visited, referrer, country, device and browser type, page speed. They use no cookies and do not identify you personally.
• Preferences in your browser (local storage): stays you saved with the heart and the dates and number of guests you chose. They stay on your device only; you can delete them in your browser settings.
• Map: map images load from OpenStreetMap, whose servers receive your IP address, as with any image request.
• Hosting: Vercel's infrastructure keeps technical logs (for example the IP address and the requested page) for security and operation.

Services of other companies

When you press “Book on Booking.com” you go to Booking.com, which processes what you enter there under its own policy. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message and number are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their policy; we use them only to reply to you.

Cookies

We do not use our own, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro). For any request you can message us on WhatsApp.
